Our fleet of technicians and cablers are fully qualified and service the whole Wide Bay Burnett area from our offices in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay.

General Information

OUR ORGANISATION

Luxfield is a multi disciplined company primarily involved with the installation and servicing of high technology equipment for business customers. This includes the installation, maintenance and commissioning of PABX phone systems and Key Telephone Systems, Data Networking Systems and Certified Data Network cabling with Molex, Panduit and Krone, Fibre Optic Cabling, 100 outlet plus MATV Systems, large Nursecall Systems, Public Address Systems and Wireless LAN Solutions.

Our primary business activities stem from our role as Aastra (formerly Ericsson) Business Phone and Samsung Digital Communications dealers for the 0741 area covering Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Gayndah, Biggenden and surrounding areas, with around 500 telephone systems currently in operation in the area.

During our association with Ericsson, we have achieved market dominance in an area of fierce competition by providing a level of service that is unwavering in its commitment to the customer. During that time we have also maintained Vodafone mobile phone transmission sites throughout the Wide Bay area, as well as providing successful line of sight reports for microwave link sites from the QLD/NSW border in the south, to Rockhampton in the north.

As a Telstra Accredited Partner, we provide both new and existing customers with advice on Telstra services, and organise connection of new services on their behalf. We have recently taken on a portfolio of over 400 new Telstra small business customers, and look forward to working with them, as with our existing customers, to achieve the best telecommunications solution for their needs.

As a Telstra Business Accredited Partner, our staff are fully trained and are able to review all aspects of your Telstra services to see if you are receiving the best benefits and apply for new services if you require them. We can also act as your account manager so if you have any issues, queries or need new services we do all the organising to save you time, you simply call us and we make it happen.
